Maureen has been using creativity as a pathway for healing and transformation for decades. She is a full-time Artist, Meditation teacher and woman in recovery living in North Carolina.
She is also the founder of The Soulful Creative Studio where she designs and holds creative workshops, sacred circles and 1:1 sessions. Her art practice involves consciously inviting the power of creativity to heal, awaken and shift energy. Her passion is to help women find their unique creative energy & connect to their own inner resources in the process. She is a believer in intuitive wisdom, creative magic, and soul exploration!
The Soulful Creative was born out of a deep desire to share the passion I have for the creative process and its capacity to awaken, heal and shift energy. I want people to know that even if they are not an artist or feel they have no talent, they can utilize creative practices to help guide them on their spiritual journey and in navigating life’s transitions. My intention for 2025 is to begin offering more online classes and workshops!
